Role:
As the Administrative HR Assistant, you will assist the Finance department in defining human policy and in its application (pay, leave, statistics, monitoring of training plans …) and you will also handle administrative and office support activities and ensure an efficient running of office operation.
What you will do:
Staff management
- Recruitment and reception of new employees and take care of onboarding (employment contracts and legal declarations, canteen, access badge, etc.)
- Training management
- Inform staff about social legislation and benefits
- Coordinate leave agendas
- Ensure the daily administrative management of employees (data entry, keeping of individual files, record paid vacation, certificates …)
- Implementation of policy and internal rules and regulations
Operations
- Execute monthly pay operations, coordinate the preparation of pay slips with the external firm.
- Send declarations to social organizations
- Create statistical dashboards (staff, payroll).
Social partner relations
- Prepare meetings to meet the social partners (PowerPoint presentation, etc.)
- Conduct operations related to professional elections
- Assist CFO (calendar management, appointment scheduling)
- Implementation of improvement projects and standardization of HR processes
- Perform any other tasks requested by the management
You will be the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field
- You have proven experience of at least 5 years including 3 years in similar positions
- You have good interpersonal skills and Versatility (training, pay, internal communication, social management, etc.)
- You handle your work with confidentiality and discretion
- You have Rigor and flexibility
- You have Dynamism and curiosity, openness to the international.
- You can speak fluently English, and Kinyarwanda, French is a plus.
